Selection and employment
Bastion is selecting its candidates by the following process of recruitment:
- Application
- Interview
- Physical readiness evaluation
- Evaluation of the knowledge in the area of security
The qualified candidates, after the first selection attend the lectures that include introduction to the regulations for the work in Bastion and the application of public authority,as well as the techniques for their application.
During the process of selection, the preferred candidates are those who have the ability for teamwork, confidentiality, loyalty, flexibility.
