Monitoring
Monitoring service includes continuous 24-hour surveillance over the property of the client, through alarm systems installed in different categories of facilities: dwellings, local supermarkets, warehouses, etc.
Bastion has developed its own monitoring center where trained operators works, which follow several types of alarm and reports:
- alarm for the opening and closing the facility
- fire alarm
- electricity power out alarm
- panic alarm
- burglary alarm.
The alarm information is received by the monitoring center and they forward the information to the patrol units which immediately respond at the scene.
For all the alarm occurrences and information about the time regime of the opening and closing the facility, customers have the opportunity to receive a monthly report on the identification of the actions taken in the area of the monitoring service.
Bastion owns department for installation and servicing of technical equipment, which employs specially trained people who designed the most appropriate security solutions for our clients through installation of:
- Alarm Systems
- fire protection systems
- video surveillance
- systems for access control.
